POLYMERIC DECORATIVE FLOORING

Description: ST100 is decorative flooring consisting of epoxy resins and colored marble chip aggregate suitable for application in a single trowel step requiring no sealer or topcoat.

Fire retardant in the cured state, ST-100 is intended for use on interior metal decks in habitability, sanitary or other wet places.

POLYMERIC DECORATIVE FLOORING

Description: CF-100 Color Flake is a polymeric deck flooring system consisting of a pigmented epoxy base coat, a colored vinyl flake topping and a clear epoxy sealer.

CF-100 Color Flake is a thin-set system designed to coat over existing substrates that are sound and in good condition. Fire retardant in the cured state, it is intended for use in light traffic areas on interior metal decks in habitability, sanitary, and other wet spaces.

Description: EU-100 is a three-component epoxy material consisting of a base resin; a hardener and aggregate used to level surfaces prior to installation of resin terrazzo’s, polymeric deck coverings, linoleum, tiles or other similar preformed materials.

EU-100 will adhere to metal surfaces primed with epoxy primers, provided bonded to the subsurface. It will also adhere to wood, some plastic surfaces such as polyester or epoxy and well-cleaned concrete. On concrete surfaces, Underlay must be applied over tacky Bond Coat (BC-100).

Fire retardant in the cured state, EU-100 is formulated and manufactured to meet the stringent requirements of MIL-D-3135 for fairing prior to application deck coverings.

EU-100 Lightweight

Description: EU-100 LIGHTWEIGHT is a three-component lightweight 100% solids epoxy underlayment system consisting of a base resin; a hardener and aggregate used to level surfaces prior to installation of resin terrazzo's, polymeric deck coverings, linoleum, tiles or other similar pre-formed materials.

EU-100 LIGHTWEIGHT will adhere to metal surfaces primed with epoxy primers, provided bonded to the subsurface. It will also adhere to wood, some plastic surfaces such as polyester or epoxy and well-cleaned concrete. On concrete surfaces, Underlay must be applied over tacky Bond-Coat (BC-100).

Description: SC-100 Seal Coat is a two-part 100% solid clear epoxy sealer designed for use with American Safety Technologies polymeric deck flooring systems.

It is intended for use in light traffic areas on interior metal decks in habitability, sanitary and other wet spaces.

ANTI CORROSIVE LOW V.O.C STEEL PRIMER

Description: MS-7CZ Surface Primer is a heavy duty, anti-corrosive epoxy-polyamide primer which forms a tough abrasion resistant film that protects the substrate from salt and chemical attack. Additionally, MS-7CZ is a HAPS free primer which contains specially formulated zinc complexes which provide “State of the Art” cathodic protection against corrosion of steel decks on Navy vessels. This unique ability allows MS-7CZ to meet the extreme demands of a system in marine environments. MS-7CZ provides excellent protection of surfaces against aggressive and corrosive environments.

MS-7CZ Surface Primer is designed to be used in conjunction with American Safety Technologies high performance non-slip decking products and meets the low volatile organic compound requirements of California and NAVSEA air pollution guidelines.

PS-100 WB
WATERBASED LOW ODOR PRIMER/SEALER

Description: PS-100WB Primer/Sealer is specially formulated to increase adhesion of our coatings on porous floors, such as concrete, wood and tile. Our water-based, low-odor primer/sealer yields a tough, long-lasting surface.

FLEXIBLE EPOXY INTERMEDIATE MEMBRANE

Description: MS-1600 is a two-component flexible epoxy membrane coating designed to fill and level wood, metal or fiberglass decks prior to the application of MS-880G, Type III Comp G flexible Non-Slip, T-15 Broadcast Quartz or COLORFLAKE.

Fire retardant in the cured state, MS-1600 provides maximum adhesion, flexibility and wear resistance.

Leveling and protecting uneven surfaces. Protects substrates from moisture intrusion while remaining flexible. Provide a base for the MS-880G. Also suitable as a membrane or flexible base coat for COLORFLAKE system according to MIL-D-24613 Type II Class 2.
